  Honestly? Appalling. This was a pub my family and I frequented. We had loved it. The atmosphere was friendly and it was a place we visited almost twice a week.
  We went a few weeks ago - not realising the management had changed. When we went up to the bar to order, the staff member was extremely rude to us. Practically threw our change on the counter instead of the hand we extended, almost to say a big "f**k you". A man, who I can only assume was the manager, just sat there with a smug look, staring at us as if we weren't welcome. I'm not sure if it was our attire, since we had worn just simple clothing, but he gave us a look that felt like we didn't belong at all. We left and sat outside at our table. Usually, what happens is that we'd go in, grab our cutlery, condiments and what-not and sit back down outside. When we did that, a man pretty much charged at me, snatching the basket from my hands and telling me that's not the right one. I wouldn't have minded, if it wasn't for the fact that he had pretty much snatched it from me as if I was some animal. Not a single staff member was pleasant that day at all, they sounded as though they were gossiping about us. We even overheard them say, "I'm in a bad mood" whilst glaring at us when another said, "I can tell why" and started laughing. It was awful, and we never came back since. This was such a shame, considering how we had loved this pub so much. We stopped coming for a short while, but that short while clearly showed a huge change when we went back.
